Founded in 2014, Wenzhou Emaite Technology Co., Ltd has been devoted to cultivating E-commerce companies in Wenzhou and conducting strategic cooperation with Alibaba Group. It has been recognized by local government, enterprises and Alibaba by conducting the projects such as “Characteristics of Wenzhou, China Pavilion” on taobao.com, “Wenzhou Agricultural E-commerce Industrial Park”, “Wenzhou Electronic Commerce Public Service Center”, “Alibaba Pingyang Industrial Belt”, and “Pingyang County Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park”. It has been operating its shops and other shops, owned by other companies, on AliExpress for years, gaining successful experiences in the categories such as 3C, clothes and home decorations. It has acquired the qualification of operating the shops of other companies on AliExpress Cross-border E-commerce Platform, a member of Alibaba Group, as an agent since 2016.
Wenzhou Emaite Technology Co., Ltd has gained mature E-commerce operation modes, advanced management ideas and abundant platform resources after years of operation. So far, 2,579 agricultural specialty enterprises in Wenzhou have registered in the “Characteristics of Wenzhou, China Pavilion” and sold their products on the platform, including well-known enterprises, such as Tengqiao, Laoli, Xianghai, Qiangxin and Chuxu. A total of 1,523 kinds of commodities are sold in the pavilion. The sales of the shops have reached RMB 344.17 million, and the number keeps growing at the rate of over 50% each year. Since the founding of the pavilion, 156 trainings involving various subjects have been provided, and more than 2,300 person-times have been trained.
Alibaba Pingyang Industrial Belt serves 1,707 Pingyang-based enterprises in competitive industries. Its sales reached RMB 790 million in 2015, and it has witnessed rapid growth since then. Six investment attraction activities, eight trainings and four large-scale industrial belt promotions have been carried out since its launch in October 2015.
Wenzhou Agricultural E-commerce Industrial Park covers an area of 22,780m2. So far, 91% of the park’s area has been occupied by some enterprises. Equipped with complete supporting facilities such as unified storage, E-commerce training and sharing salon, the park has gathered resources, simplified processes and saved costs with its well-organized operations.
